BEFORE WE START
A few things worth knowing.
Why does everything say “starting at”?
Because custom work varies. The listed price is a real starting price for the scope described—not bait before a mysteriously enormous quote.
How do revisions work?
Reasonable refinement of the agreed creative direction is included. If the project changes substantially after a direction is approved, we'll discuss the additional work before doing it.
Do I get the formats and sizes I need?
Yep. Reasonable exports of the same finished design are included. Saving the same artwork as a PNG and a JPG isn't two separate design projects.
Does stream design include installation?
Not automatically. Design and technical implementation are separate services unless your project specifically includes both.
What about third-party costs?
Domains, hosting, subscriptions, paid plugins, platform fees, requested licensed assets, and similar outside expenses aren't included unless your quote specifically says otherwise.
